It’s clean and there are several Macon’s and equipment. I’m glad that more classes have been added this fall as well.
So far my wife and I have only used the pool/spa and steam rooms. In the future would like to use the indoors gym area equipment with Winter upon us. Clean well maintained areas and friendly staff. Easy access location close to home for us. Looking forward to possible extended hours of operation in the future.
The club is clean. When working out, there seems to be enough machines to use. The staff have always been friendly.
I enjoy the variety of workout equipment and exercise class selection not to mention the swimming pool. A truly great value and friendly, clean environment.

I have a different concern. I used online sign up for a class at sunrise and 50 for Wednesday, November 24 8 AM Zumba. I got to the club this morning and there was no class.
I was also told at the Carmichael club on Tues night that you guys were not open Thanksgiving .But I had also already signed up for a class on Thanksgiving at sunrise and 50 online. Both classes at sunrise and 50 on Wednesday and Thursday mornings were going to be taught by Elizabeth Taylor according to the online app .
This morning the lady at the desk at Sunrise and 50 said there is no class available Thanksgiving day either,

Childcare and class; however I wish there was more variety of classes in the AM other than zumba during the morning childcare hours.
The instructors keep you moving and make the workout fun. Always feel good afterwards.
I like how spacious the gym is and the variety in exercise equipment! There’s so many different machines and there’s 3 of everything! You can’t get bored there!
