Convenience. Location. The staff is always kind and knows how to work with children. Anytime ive had an issue it is resolved quickly. My kids love it.

My Grandson has been attending before and after for three weeks now, and LOVES IT!! He's always talking about the staff and how fun they are, and I love that we has grandparents/parents have this option of care. We know he is safe, cared for, and able to be around his friends.
The YMCA is like family. I trust the staff to care for my son like he is their own. I truly appreciate this program and the fantastic staff.
It allows me (a single grandmother raising grandkids) the ability to work full-time and knowing my child is well taken care of.

They have scheduled activities for the children. They are kind and passionate about their work. My kids hate when we had to switch to a different provider. But are now back and never leaving again. My kids are so much happier at the YMCA

We love Ms. Audrey! We are so lucky to have her at LRE! She is always having specials/ programs/ clubs available for the kids. My daughter never complains about having to go the Y. She is having fun with her friends and a good mix of add responsibility for clean up and helping with the littler kids.
I like that the director, Ash is very friendly and professional to the parents and students. I like that he sends out a newsletter each week to keep us updated. I like that there are crafts and fun activities for the kids. I appreciate that he takes the time to recognize and highlight students each week that are leaders and have good behavior.
Great staff, lots a choices in activities (independent and group-based), and playground time when it’s warm enough.
Ash and team are great with the kids. They communicate weekly and detail and my son loves to go. They have done a great job with the kids in a limited space.
Our Site Director at Fall Creek is Amanda Falcone. I can’t say enough good things about her and her team. She always comes up with fun things to do with the kids. My daughter LOVES it there. She tells me every day that her favorite part of the day is YMCA! And she loves Ms. Amanda!

This new school year 25-26 at paramount brookside, the YMCA Before Care it has been very reliable. We are very glad they employed people the gets there on time, so we parents can go to work no worring about where to leave our kids when they don't show up on time. Thank you.
