Plenty of classes for seniors
In the past year I have participated in group classes, most instructors are very good and moitivating.
I like seeing seniors using the facility during the day. From Silver Sneakers to the weights.

Gym equipment
The programs and activities are varied and fit different exercise groups. There is also a variety of different instructions who teach the classes. So everyone will find an instructor in a program they feel comfortable with.

The variety
So far I've taken advantage of using a personal trainer, Josh, and he's been great to work with.
I've also participated in the following group exercises and here's my feedback --
* Le Mills Body Balance w/Kathleen: this is one of my favorite classes and I've attended twice a week since I joined at the end of January; Kathleen is very good at giving direction making it easy to follow her and participate fully in the class
* SS Boom Combo w/Terry: I also really enjoy this class which I attend weekly on Fridays; Terry gives very good direction and motivates the group to do their best and keep a good posture; she has a great rapport with the class
* Zumba w/Larysa: I did not enjoy this class, it was very difficult to participate / follow the instructor, she did not give much instruction and her phone rang several times disrupting the music she was playing for the class; I don't plan on returning to this class unless it's with a different instructor
* I use the walking track every time I'm there and I've used the elliptical machines several times

Great programs for seniors from aerobics, yoga, lunch and learn programs, etc. Great, compassionate staff, who are there to serve and assist!! Wonderful facility and environment!
We need separate men’s and women’s locker rooms.
How about a Tai Chi class at the Westfield location. At least a visiting instructor so members can try it.
