I haven't really participated in any programs, but im a user of the gym space. Outside of the overall friendliness of the entire front desk staff, I think improvements can be made.

So many swim lanes that are a generous width and usually good water temp for laps.

I only go for your water fitness classes, but I thoroughly enjoy them! The instructors are fun and engaging, and I have made lots of new friends over the past six months.

I appreciate that there are water aerobics classes every day, and that there are several Silver Sneakers classes M-F. All the instructors are great.

One request: please STOP using paper towels to wipe machines!! Provide small towels, every other Y we have been to does not use paper towels.

I have only used the treadmill, bikes and weight machines.

They are open to everyone.

How the classes are included in the membership

Pool is great. However, pool hours are inflexible.

Clean facility. Organized. Variety of equipment. Plenty of classes offered. Indoor track. Friendly, helpful personnel. Conveniently located.

Group exercise except I can hardly ever get registered for Silver Sneakers circuit on Monday & Wednesday at 20:30am. It's always booked with a couple of hours. Please add another class, maybe stay 9:30am

Fitness equipment is great.
New locker room is nice.
Facility is bright and very clean.
Pool is way too cold.

The facilities are great, the gym is not overcrowded, and the staff is friendly. Being greeted by Mae really makes me feel like I’ve been “showing up”.
