What do you like about our programs and activities?

I saw their wellness director cleaning treadmills on a Saturday. What dedication! The wellness center is always clean and looking great.

The Y is clean.
The staff is very friendly & knowledgeable.
The programs cover a wide variety of interest for members.

I would like to see additional programs for the age group 70 plus, especially for balance & movement.

Right now it is more about the facility. It is clean and of course since the facility is new so all of the equipment is nice.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

There’s something offered for everyone. I like the variety of fitness classes to choose from. I also like the indoor track that I used a lot while healing after shoulder surgery when I couldn’t go to a fitness class.

I have gone to the water aerobic classes since it opened. Very good activity. I've used the lap walking above the gym. No other classes yet

Great group workout instructors especially Cassidy, Dirinda, Tony
Lots of programs from which to choose.
An improvement would be to add more Barre classes. It would be great if more classes were offered on the weekend as well.
