I think the addition of computer apps gives a much greater access to what is going on.
My favorite activity is obviously the water aerobics class at 11 o'clock. I have participated in the activity for as long as I have been a member & have made many friends during that time.
I'm pleased the Senior pitch-in was held & look forward to seeing many friends at the lunches in the future. Thank you to those who organized the gathering in March. Ir was scheduled on my birthday which made my special day even more so.
Programs are available for all ages. Youth activities include team oriented activities (basketball, soccer). Summer camp activities are available. Senior activities are mostly held during morning hours which are more friendly for seniors. Therapy pool activities, largely attended by seniors, are held in the morning, again a senior-friendly time.
I love the family atmosphere at this small town YMCA. You know everybody that comes in, contrary to some of the much larger centers in Indianapolis!

The Therapy pool exercises keep me healthy. I have been able to put off having knee replacement surgery. Even more than that, I get out of my house and make new friends. I love the Witham YMCA. Everyone, especially the employees, are so friendly and supportive.

I just started coming back so I'm getting into programs or activities just yet. I'm basically there to get back in shape and have fun with my friends.
We love how Emily is with the kids. My son has warmed up to her and really enjoys taking swim lessons from her. He’s become more confident in swimming and got to move up in ability.
