What do you like about our programs and activities?

I enjoy my water aerobics classes & the friendships I have formed as a result of participating in the classes.
I also like the monthly senior pitch-ins
& appreciate the time and effort it takes to plan it & prepare the room for we seniors.
A big thank you to Shana for being such a positive presence as we enter the Y. She always has a smile on her face as she greets us.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Staff is very friendly and I like that you can get it there and do your exercises and get out. My son and I lap swim frequently and we hardly ever have trouble having a spot to swim.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the large number of activities throughout the week and at different times. It is a pity that due to my work schedule I cannot participate in even 10% of them.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The programs I participate in are self paced, allowing for newcomers to build up their activity gradually. There are a mix of leaders/instructors available so that you can get comfortable with one who class style best fits your pace and needs. (Not all instructors/leaders are the same even if they are attempting to use the same class routines.)

I love the water exercise classes! They are a blessing to all who attend. It is necessary for our old joints!

We have put our children in the mini semi private sessions for about a year. Aubrie Smith is a great instructor!

The exercise machine I use. Please buy another TR.....(sit down on with handle bars and pedals). You have only 2 of them now and they are often both in use when I come. Thank you.
