I love that it's clean and bright, and I love the pool the most!
I enjoy Water Aerobics and Walking upstairs, I've also do a little Cardiologist and just excerise on the Bikes. It's been very helpful for me being 78yrs old and the YMCA has been very helpful.

Awesome programs and so many to choose from. I like chair yoga because the instructor makes you feel special she’s so personal…,one of my best classes at the Y. I like that there are a variety of machines to use at the Y. I attend the Y almost every day and enjoy every minute I’m there. Again the Y is an awesome place.
The child care I can work out knowing my child is safe and workers are so nice
I really enjoy the water fitness classes.
The programs designed for active older adults or seniors are among my favorite. Also there are plenty of opportunities to volunteer at special events that help seniors to stay active and feel useful and valued.
Facility is clean! Staff is kind and supportive ALWAYS!!!! Classes are fun and interactive! Trainers are personal and engaged with members. There are always activities available on the app! It’s up to date and easy to use
I love that you open at 5am and offer lots of classes. Just wish one could start at 5:15

I like the variety of classes and I get a good workout at each class. My only frustration is the constant change: classes come and go, instructors come and go, times change.

It is a very family friendly place I love going they have a lot of equipment to use. It’s safe and I love the child care for my daughter. I will be there tonight after work

There's something for everyone, regardless of their physical condition .
There is something to do for all ages. My soon, my husband, my mother and myself are all active members of the YMCA and always find a workout program that we can participate in.
