This YMCA provides all of the necessary weights and stationary machines anyone can use depending on their individual needs. Assistance is always available by the staff to answer questions regarding the equipment.
I also appreciate the use of the pool for lap swimming and duting inclement weather the use of the second floor running / walkIng track.

Veteran Clinic, Pool and Pickleball
I am retired. So, I like programs where I can get my day started with working out early. I would rather be able to get into the gym in the early am. The programs at orthoindy take into account age related exercises to prevent injuries for my age group (in 60's). There are always employees around to help or assist when necessary. I use to go to Planet Fitness, but their customer service or programs (when available) does not compare to OrthoIndy.

Haven't participated although plan to as applicable. A regular attender commented that this is the best Y he has been to. Friends from Houston said the same thing and remarked on the cleanliness of the facility with which I heartily agree.
The pool hours are great for me and I like that you allow lap swimmers to still swim while class is happening. The ladies locker room is always clean - please thank Miss Lorraine. Every YMCA should take lessons in cleanliness from her! She is so dedicated and thorough.
The zumba classes are amazing!!!!! Both trainers (Thursday and Friday) are absolutely perfect.
I’ve visited many YMCAs across the country, and the OrthoIndy Y is the best. Hands down! It’s is the cleanest and friendliest one I’ve been to. We live in Houston and join every time I visit my family in Indy. I wish there was a Y as nice as this one where we live!

I attend the Silver Sneakers class and I enjoy the teacher as well as the class. I also use the machines and walk the track from time to time. The staff is always pleasant and helpful. In sum, it is a very positive experience for me. Thank you.

I think there’s good programs and activities at the Y. I Haven’t experienced many yet, but I do enjoy the pool for exercise
