We’ll appointed facilities, with solid equipment. Towel service is lovely. Showers are clean. Sauna is hot.

the showers were Hot water, refreshing, the locker room was clean, all in all very pleasant.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I really like the facility. I use the workout room, weights area, and private class studios. It's all good, and the staff is great.
