They help with you physical and mental health
It's one of the best gyms I've ever been to I just wanna know why the sauna in the swimming pool was not open on the weekend. Because that's the best time for me to go, is through the weekend. After all my appointments and with my new kidney, now I can get in the hot tub and the steam room. So I can lose weight to have a good quality of life. But building is wonderful state of the art.Wonderful job,

Clean safe facility
You have great equipment on both the cardio & weight training side. You also offer great classes that everyone can take advantage of on their own time. As I've said previously, the only shortcoming at the Y (Irsay location) is the parking. I understand that the Y leases this parking area, so that's a tough piece to navigate, but I must applaud the Y for recent efforts, as the headaches seem to be quite minimal as of late. Things have improved & that deserves recognition.
In short, I have only good things to say about working out at the Y. Your staff is kind, accommodating, & you provide everything that everyone would need, & 99.9% of what anyone would "want". You really can't ask for anything more than that!

Quality equipments, walk track and sport activities not seen in other facilities. Staff are mostly polite (compared to some of front desk on Michigan Rd) and lot of parking
