The morning water aerobics is great!
I still believe you should close the pool during this class…it’s a big class and often the PTs see clients during this same time. When other members try to also use the space, it is disruptive and can be frustrating to both the class and the members who don’t realize how big our class often is.

Love the facility, the e-Gym, the walking track and gym and classes. Most of all love my trainer Lauren!!! The atmosphere at the Irsay Y is excellent. Bill has been a big help with the E-gym. People are actually there to workout and not primp. I can walk there. The employees manning the front desk and entryways are very friendly as well.

Fun and doable
I love it there
I love the various opportunities for classes and the opportunities for families to come in - and there is something for everyone! The layout the facility is excellent, I can work out and still keep an eye on my school age kids while they play basketball, I know there are also child care options for those with smaller children, to allow parents to get exercise in for the day. Several class offerings for all ages , with various topics from cooking to exercise, etc. Wonderful place!
Swimming
I like the access to the swimming pools and warm water whirlpool, as well as the various equipment in the gym area.
