Senior activities - mainly pickleball and yoga - would love to see a tai chi class for seniors
Excellent facility and a wide variety of activities and programs for all!
I love the body pump classes and coaches ... also the body balance class with Seth. They are awesome.
However, I do wish that the running group led by Heather and Bird would return.
Still doing therapy and just got the tour from my therapist so should be taking advantage soon!

I really enjoy the senior cardio dance class. Please consider adding another one of these classes during the week, possibly on Wednesday morning before senior Boom.
Your Tuesday morning aquatics people were very helpful when I had a medical issue in the pool area recently. It was much appreciated!

Just happy with the y. Everyone is friendly and helpful. I can always depend on it being clean including the bathrooms with plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. Love my trainer (Julie), she listens to my concerns and creates a program that benefits my needs

I primarily use the gym facilities and the eGym equipment. The staff is friendly and helpful meeting my needs.

Love the group classes. Wish the pool was open on Sundays. And I wush that Vinyasa was included in membership and also would like more yoga or Pilates in the evenings but overall, the experience has been great
I love the Senior Chair Yoga class. It helps me be more flexible.
The only two things that bother me is the temperature of the room [many of us seniors sit with jackets on because of how cold it is. The other thing is that even though Julie wears a microphone, sometimes she talks so soft, it's almost impossible to hear.
