I use the e-gym which is programmed in a way that I can fit it into my busy schedule. I also like that atmosphere-such a positive place

EGYM makes it so easy. Also having cardio equipment that can sync with EGYM is great. Very efficient workout routine.

I love the instructors and the sense of community they foster. They take the time to get to know members and that makes all the difference. The ladies in child care are also amazing! Always kind and patient with my kids.

Lots of different workouts to chose from.
Everything is very organized, planned, and accessible.
Facility is clean and well-maintained
Staff always friendly and helpful.

The Y is a great place to exercise. I feel very fortunate to have it so close.
