I had a fantastic experience at Sport Clips! The staff were friendly, professional, and made me feel welcome right away. What really stood out was how helpful and accommodating they were when I used a coupon. I took my son there for the first time since we had a coupon for a free haircut. They took the time to explain why ID was needed and made a note so that on my next visit they would honour the free haircut and they did so. They handled it smoothly, with no hassle at all, and made the whole process stress-free. On top of that, he left with a great haircut. I really appreciate the excellent service and customer-first attitude—I'll definitely be coming back!
