I enjoy that the person who cuts my hair(any of the times that I have gone) always listen to what I would like, they ask good questions in link to my hair cut (ex: how do you normally style it, so they can tailor it depending), they offer high quality services.

I liked the thoroughness. I liked the lack of feeling, that I was on a conveyor belt. I enjoyed each one of the services, including the touch up, and all of the attention to detail around my lower hairline, neckline, and my sideburns.
However, the main item was that Lio, listened, she did what I wanted, and I got the result that I was asking for.
We need to remember when cutting here. It's the same as ordering pizza. The customer gets what the customer wants. Not what the hairdresser thinks. Will look nice. Listen to the customer
