Love the pool classes. They are friendly and fun.

Love the Active Older Adults and Zumba classes. Elaine and Kyle are excellent instructors.

Very nice facility, well run and great amenities

Easy to park. Love the water exercise for arthritis.

My wife, 14 year old son, and I have been members for less than a year. In that time my wife and I found a yoga practice leading us to better posture and better health. My son and I visited the weight room and worked out together until he felt confident enough to visit the YMCA after school, going solo with his own training program. The YMCA and its offerings have been a welcome boon to our family happiness and forward looking outlook.

I really enjoy the water aerobics with Joyce. I also like playing with the beach ball before the actual class begins. Barb Barbour

YMCA has different classes to choose from.

They fit my needs perfectly

I like the programs and activities. What I don’t like is that the Y will not buy fans for the rooms. As a result members have bought fans and brought them to the Y so we could exercise. However other rooms come into our room and take the fans that were bought for our class. This is because the air conditioning only works now and then. So if you can’t fix the air, buy fans for ALL the rooms.
