I like programs geared toward older people. Chair yoga and water exercise classes are my favorites.

I love the structured classes and instructors! The variety is perfect. Also, not to mention the kids club! I need to use it more often but having the option makes a huge difference.

Location and group fitness

We have great instructures and good classes. Don't like the 24hr sign up. Much prefer 36hr sign up..

My husband and I use the gym for a good workout 3 times a week. We plan to explore the classes Y has.

The new Treadmills and I plan to start taking Yoga classes. My son when home from College enjoys swimming laps, but the Pool has been closed a lot this summer.

I love the change & new app to reserve classes. I believe it gives everyone an equal chance of reserving a class of their interest. The rearranging of some of equipment is no bad, different & good.

I personally love your classes. I have been taking line dance and Dynamic Dance classes for over ten years. Charles Reynolds and Margaret Grubbs both do an excellent job as instructors. Lynn Marcuse also works very hard to fill in when necessary. All three of them make everyone feel welcome and valued.
I was very happy to find I could add my partner onto my membership. He likes to work out on the machines. We both enjoy using one of your empty rooms to practice our ballroom dancing.
I want to add that all of your staff members are extremely friendly and caring. They go above and beyond being helpful and accommodating everyone's needs.
Many wonderful friendships have been made at the Y. I don't ever want to live in this community without Franz Ross YMCA!

The group activities are excellent. The instructors are thorough in explaining the exercises.

Programs and activities are fine but need new chairs and more weights to accommodate both rooms

I love the classes that Anissa teaches. Active older adults. I just want to let you know how wonderful she is as an instructor. She consistently brings great energy, kindness, and encouragement to every class. You can tell she truly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she teaches and connects with everyone.

Her classes are a highlight of the week for so many of us — fun, motivating, and welcoming. She goes above and beyond. Love her!

The class instructors are great. I wish there is a beginner spin class. I tried the spin class and I felt lost

I like that I can get into most classes without a problem. I absolutely love Jim's yoga class. During snowbird season I will be there more often!

Always clean and friendly staff. Just wish the tvs on the treadmills actually work. I also miss the older recumbent bikes that had individual tv monitors on them.
