Good to have a pool.

I love all my Yoga Classes and many of the other great exercises classes. The pool is super inviting. The staff here is so excellent!

There are many to pick from

Addicted to Elaine’s advanced adult classes - had open heart surgery June 2023 w 4 bypasses & never had to have therapy because of my healthy condition I was in - surgeon very impressed

Plenty of equipment - No waiting and the building is clean ..

I love everything that First name removed does, his programs are always so fun and we are happy to have parents night out and sports at Franz Ross!

AOA classes. Instructor Elaine is well informed about anatomy and guides us from injurying are selves. especially when lifting weights.
The stationary bikes are also a great way to increase cardio workouts.

Group classes. Belly Dancing with Jacquie, Yoga with Jim and Tai Chi.

I like that there are options on what activity or class to attend. The staff there is very helpful and friendly. They go out of their way to make everyone feel comfortable. Not only are several groups one could attend its also very user friendly. However , in the future, I hope more classes are added for seniors.

I like using the pool but have not been able to a couple of times in the last month and a half because of no life guard.
I am working with one of the physical trainers (Anissa)on a problem that I have which is going to be very helpful.
I like the machines for strength training.

The staff is very friendly.
Anissa is the best. She loves what she does & makes sure you are trying to stay healthy by explaining things you should be doing daily.

I love the kids zone because it gives me a chance to still exercise and my child can socialize with other kids.
I love Rose Sosa’s Zumba and strong nation classes.

The variety of classes. However I would like to see more Body Pump classes at a later time 9:30-11:00.
