What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like how everything is looking on the inside. It seems all new equipment. I like the treadmill as well as the different exercise equipment. I also like the aerobics. Also, the building looks very clean.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the pool! I have been taking aquatic exercise classes for 2 months now. I get a good workout and it’s easy on my knees! I also like the chair yoga class.

YMCA and Port Charlotte I’ve been going there for years. The staff is wonderful and the classes are great. I’ve made great friends there over the years. Everyone is very helpful.

We recently returned from up north to our home here in South Florida. Last week I stopped in for a work out. The facility looked great and especially the upgraded steam rooms.

I use the gym and gym equipment exclusively. I find it excellent and mostly in good repair. The staff there is very friendly and knowledgeable and helpful. I love this place.
