I love all the classes available for cardio and strength training. Location is convenient.
Have enjoyed being a part of the Y family most of my life, and in Englewood since 2016. I split time between inside and doing Water aerobics classes. Jan and Mary are great and so dedicated, both wonderful people. I have spent time with many of the trainers and all are wonderful to work with. I enjoy my time at the Y and have met so many nice people, always look forward to my hour+ at the Y most days. All employees are very nice and personable, ready to hear anything we would like to share, positive or otherwise. Great place 👌
I would love to see the tv’s back up and running. The only thing I see as a downfall.

Mahjongg and weights
We have been long time members of the Warren Loranger Englewood YMCA. As a young family we loved the youth programs. Our son participated in the soccer and basketball leagues. We also took advantage of "Kids Night Out"! Our son also learned to swim at the Y and attended the summer camp! We love that the Y supports the youth and seniors in our community through the after school / camp programs and various educational sessions. My husband likes the stationary exercise equipment and I love the group exercise classes for both the physical exercise and social friendships that I built over the 25 years as a member!
The Y always seems to be evolving and involved in meeting the needs of our community. This was evident during the past Hurricane and through absorbing various other struggling Y Branches to help them thrive once again.
Group activities make me more accountable then exercising alone plus it is more fun. All the leaders are great and encouraging. Seeing old and new friends every week is an added bonus. Thanks all!!
Love the Y, always recommend the Y. Only down fall, very high cost for one person
Variety! Great instructors. Gets a little crowded this time of year but overall handled well. Would love to see ballroom dance classes started!

I only use the weight room. But it is one of the best facilities in this area and by far the cleanest.

Excellent classes and instructors. Leslie for body pump. Deb for Zumba and drumming and Charlotte for Zumba. All excellent!
A safe great place to exercise and meet other people.
Need more activities for seniors to socialize. Your bingo is great-need to have it more than once a month
I take Zumba Gold with Debbie M. and 2 classes with Stanene - chair yoga and active older adults. Both instructors take the time to connect with each participant, offer advice and just make it fun to be in their classes. I also belong to the Y Book Club with Mary Chase. She consistently makes it a pleasant experience on Zoom and we have good discussions. The staff at the front desk are talented multi-takers. All in all I feel like I'm part of a family.

I go, mostly, to swim laps and find the water temperature good and usually can get a lane. Also have enjoyed Zumba and yoga.

The amount and variety of classes provided allows you to find the type of workouts you desire. There is a good amount of machines for every type of exercise.
