I really like the exercise classes that I go to and the use of the equipment. The faculty is very helpful and available to answer questions that arise especially for a newbie like me. I can work at my own pace and make workouts my own.

Gym sauna pool cleanliness.
I am too new to have taken any classes yet. I like the convenience of being able to come and spend as much time on the equipment as I like, and Joe was very helpful with the orientation
