I think the instructors are the very best! The choices of types of class and times they are offered are very good. I'm very happy to be a member of the YMCA! When I lived in Illinois I was an instructor.
I only like 2 classes a week body combat and body attack and nothing else

Just got my friend to join the ymca and she tried out my zone with me and Dana was trainer, she loved it. We love the Y!
