There is something for everyone…all ages and fitness levels. Beautiful and clean facilities.
Varied classes w different time schedules to accommodate work and family schedules. Beautiful pool even though I do not use it. Friendly and efficient staff. The availability of personal trainers. Having a sauna. Providing opportunities for fitness and wellness among youth.
Community outreach to help fund opportunities for all children is admired. Annual gala and golf tournament help make it a special place.
