I like the tremendous variety of classes taught by instructors who are well qualified, not teens with little experience. The personal trainers are simiarly very well qualified.
Staff are great. Environment seems free of the social nightmare behaviors that have become normalized in western culture, meaning people are calm and relaxed. Facilities are very nice. Evening zumba instructors are great.
The yoga and line dancing classes are fantastic. Chair Pilates is also great.
The instructors take care to plan for all levels of the class, from novice to more advanced.

I like all the variety. The trainer, Tom Cahallan, was great!
Pool is always open with lanes usually available without a long wait. The pool and lockers are clean and well attended.
I haven’t participated in any programs or activities. I only use the gym equipment in the pool.
Nice atmosphere and people .
It would suit me if people would stay off their phones and just enjoy the moment when working out !
A sign ‘ NO PHONE ZONE’ would help .
