What do you like about our programs and activities?

I use weight machines and with addition of the new equipment I never have to wait to exercise. Also, the Y is clean, well lighted and has a fresh coat of paint. Great place.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I particularly like your pool. Open plenty of hours for swimming. John and the other lifeguards keep the pool nice enough that it is worth driving 21 miles each way to swim. Your rest room and exercise areas are clean. Staff and clients are helpful and friendly.

They are well designed for multiple age groups and your instructors are knowledgeable in their specialties . I look forward to attending the sessions I’m interested in because I see personal progress .

There's something for everyone. I really enjoy the aqua aerobics class for non impact exercise.
