I only ever swim and use women sauna.
Pool is the greatest. Occasionally tho, I’ve seen a few older men hacking up and spitting into the water 😜. I Hope lifeguards have a good protocol for dealing with this.
Sauna? Women go in fully clothed after a workout. Lots of cellphone use (which I hear can be dangerous), too. Sauna thermostat is a bit confusing. Thanks

Many programs to get involved with, very clean facilities and the staff is polite and willing to help
Big outdoor pool with plenty of swim lanes. Always room to swim. Pool is always a comfortable temperature. Quality exercise equipment with enough machines so they are always available. The exercise areas are always cool so I don’t overheat.
