I like the variety of machines I can use. One day emphasizes the arms, another the legs and there’s usually a different machine to add to my workout.

Everything is great
I workout up to 4 times a week. I enjoy all the wonderful equipment that I use to exercise with. The staff is very nice especially Joe. He always greets me with a smile and makes sure I am using the equipment correctly. I really like alot of the NEW equipment that targets specific areas. This to me, feels like a Gold Star Gym
I work with free weights and the machines strictly, so I can’t comment on any of the programs .
Classes
I am a pool user and it is very well maintained
Everything except the women’s steam room, never seems to work properly. One of the reasons I’m a member!
I’m there for masters swim. Pool is great. I know there are maintenance issues and am Glad to see the side dug up for repairs.
I think the recurring paying members and parents should be prioritized. Often I feel like we treated as second class citizens when we rent out space to swim teams. It’s ok to do. But make sure there’s space for us.

WHAT I DON’T LIKE IS PEOPLE USING THIER CELL PHONES AT WORK OUT STATIONS AS IF THEY ARE AT A REST AREA. I SEEN PEOPLE SIT AT A STATION AND NOT WORK OUT AT ALL!
I look forward to going to classes at the Y everyday!
The instructors motivate (and entertain) making the class enjoyable.
I only wish they had more classes.
I really like the exercise classes. Except the recent increase to 70 for Forever fit is too much.
Making the class less desirable. There should be a larger room or more classes. Do not increase that class to accommodate part time residents. Also the recent locking of doors at exact time is a very good thing. It’s too distracting having people enter the class after it starts. Especially when it’s another instructor with a key. She should not enter and squeeze in the front pushing the people to be even closer. Not right to do that.

Bonnie Judy is a great water aerobics instructor and Susan Downing knows what to have us do in Senior Fitness.
Great cardio area and wt lifting areas..nice pool. And a ping pong table!
