The crew at BPH is amazing and attentive ! I love knowing I can take my boy to a place where he can play safely and happily . The crew here gets to know all the little quirks about all the dogs. They go above and beyond with events too .

The cameras don't work half the time. Having the ability to see my dog is the main reason I board there. Other than that, I'm very pleased with The Dog Stop. I do feel my dog is well looked after there, and she's safe. My daughter and I both use this facility.
The overall experience was amazing. The workers really care for the animals and it shows. They were super helpful when my flight got delayed and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better kennel.

The Birthday Party package was awesome! My male Maltipoo, Jumas, had his1st birthday party there and he had a blast with a few of his friends. They posed for pictures, ate cookies, and played! The pictures are really good! They capture each wonderful moment! Thank you for making his day very special
The staff are great with the dogs. They are very caring. I know that my dog is safe there. I greatly appreciate that I can drop my dog off and pick up anytime during open hours.

My dog had an extended stay at The Dog Stop during the snow storm in New Orleans (our flights were canceled and we couldn't get back to Nola). I really appreciate the Dog Stop sending me text updates to let me know that my dog was doing well. The Dog stop even sent a photo of my dog in the snow ~ his first time in the snow! Thank you for taking such good care of him!!
We took our new dog here for daycare so that we could attend an event. Everyone was friendly and kept us updated as to how he was doing.
We will use this facility again in the future.
