The staff in Pi cycles are very knowledgeable. In my experiences some bike maintenance tasks can be done by yourself, others are best performed by someone skilled. I had a couple of repair items on my road bike which I find tricky or time consuming (i) replace an internally routed rear derailleur cable and (ii) play in the headset requiring replacement of bearings in the headset. The staff in Pi Cycles completed this work quickly and to a high standard and also performed an additional fix to the jockey wheels. Indrik also made some changes to reduce cable rub on the frame. The bike is running very smoothly since the work was done. I highly recommend them for new bike sales or bike service.
