Very efficient booking in, work done very well and prompt completion.
One suggestion for improvement is to notify customer if cost is over 100 or 150 Euros. My work docket said I would be contacted if the cost was more than 100Euros so I felt relaxed going to collect my bike. I was then asked for 200+ Euros, so i was quite surprised. The work was done and done well, but pre-notification of cost would have been good.
