Currently I have two kids taking the swimming lessons. The one thing that I like is the communication with the instructor (s), informing me on the growth of my children . This dialogue gives me more confidence in the program. Their progress is throughly explained as well as the short coming and how they can improve in those areas.

The coordinators and instructors do such a great job with the kids during swim lessons. Everybody gets individual attention and they do a great job of progressing the lessons each week which is fantastic and really makes us feel like the kids are learning and getting to be stronger swimmers.
Love the aquatics swim lessons for our kids. The new director is excellent! He’s really caring and communicative. He’s brought so much value to the swim lessons.
The engagement and friendliness of the staff.
My 4 year old was so nervous to start swim lessons. She would not join the group, and cried to stay on the stairs. One of the instructors worked with her separately for about 10 minutes until she was comfortable joining the group. I am very thankful that she was given the time she needed, not ignored and told “she isn’t ready”.
The instructors are kind and patient with the kids, they break down the skills in manageable ways. My daughter loves her lessons and is gaining confidence and skill in the water.
You offer plenty of programs and a variety of times, the swim instructors are great!

I was quite impressed with the Midlothian Y. Beautiful facility. The pool areas were superb. Schedules are very convenient.
