Absolutely love the instructors! Always work well with my child who is a bit unmanageable at times. She has lots of energy and sometimes has a hard time focusing but all of her instructors know just what to do to get her back on track! I love that the Y focuses on swim safety!

Instructors are patience with new swimmers. I appreciate their kindness and understanding of my fear of the water.

So far we have only used Swim lessons but we love that our kids are learning a life skill and instruction goes at their own pace!

I accidentally pushed a "2" before, I wasn't wearing my glasses 👓 sorry! We use Chester swim lessons, free swim, and the Midlothian outdoor pool and it all is amazing!

The affordability of the programs are great! The instructors are also passionate about teaching their students the correct skills.

I like the family oriented dynamics of the aquatics team. The members show a togetherness and love for their job. The team members are patient and knowledgeable about swimming. I feel safe and cared for during my swim lessons. I also feel like the techniques learned during swim lessons like relaxing, trusting and breathing are making a lasting impact on my perspective in life.

I love the swim lessons and all the options for classes offered. My daughter is becoming less anxious and fearful of learning to swim.

Thank you for your patience with my scared and introverted toddlers! My daughter cried for the first 10 minutes but the instructor was calm, patient, and so professional through it, and didn't make a big deal when we finally had a breakthrough. My daughter didn't want to get out of the pool by the end of it!

My son was excited before the class and then panicked and shut down when he realized he'd have to interact with people. The instructors were again so patient, and worked with him, didn't attempt to make him cooperate and let him get comfortable on his own.

Can't wait for next week!

Absolutely great program and the coordinator very good at maintaining communication line open with customers. Messages about pool closure disseminated in a timely manner.

The instructors are knowledgeable, patient, and awesome!

Each staff member is very attentive to the kids in swim lessons. The kids really feed off of the excitement that the staff show towards them and learning how to do new things. The program is set up with activities that are fun, but come together to really help the kids with the big picture of learning to swim. Fantastic staff and wonderful management to make sure the coaches only have a couple of kids to focus on, which in turn helps hold the kids' attention.

The instructors give you feedback, and they are very helpful and patience with my children. You can tell they care and want to help them learn to swim. I wish I came sooner for swim lessons.

I love the environment and the energy the center provides.

Both Kaitlyn and Ally are awesome trainers. They both are super patient and make you feel like you are their priority even in small groups.
