The propane was delivered on time and the person who delivered it (Layla) answered my questions about what the different valves were when it was connected. She was very friendly and helpful (I tipped her, I do regardless, but she went out of her way to answer my questions in a cheerful way). The prices have gone up, but Musco is in line with other suppliers. I also took advantage of a $50 promotion so that helped bring the average price down. A positive experience!

Musco Propone has consistently met my expectations as a propane customer. In terms of service, they are on time, professional, and kind. I like that my tank has a monitor that keeps me informed of propane levels even though I'm on automatic delivery. I feel informed at all times. The website is easily used and contains pertinent information. The staff at the offices are great whenever I need to call. They always warmly answer the phone and take care of my needs.
