Well, let me be honest. I miss the small business prior to Musco selling to Superior. The team was always personable and pricing reasonable. There has been transition periods with booking keeping etc. most, returning customers are patient with including myself. But since the transition, I have experienced improved services which I appreciate. Luckily, the team is patient with a customer like myself.
I consider customer service as excellent.
The only concern both near and long term is pricing. Not just with fuel (propane), but basic maintenance and repairs. With inflation, it is difficult to determine what is overpriced and what is not. Keep in mind that the inflation increases are not the same as salary increases. Inflation has been greater. Just something that I am monitoring and there may be a time when I have to make unfortunate choices.
For today, I am very happy with services provided.

I called to have my propane tank topped off before cold weather started. No problem less than a week later topped off and received an awesome price on my propane. Highly recommending this company. Service department when I called and ordered was extremely pleasant to talk to and I wasn’t told I needed to let my tanks run low. So happy I switched to Musco.
