Jeannie and Don?( service man) were over the top! I called at 8:30 AM with no heat. It was back on by 12:30 PM He even helped me with the pilot light on my water heater. Great people.

Delivery was earlier than expected. Had a nice conversation with the truck driver that delivered the propane.
Prompt delivery when I call.
Not so good with the auto delivery. Twice I have almost run out, and once I did run out and my system automatically shut off. I had challenges get the lines cleared of air once the pilot light came back on.

Everyone is so friendly and professional whenever we have a question. Even the delivery drivers are happy to answer questions and we really appreciate it all. We are especially grateful for the speedy deliveries when we get a little too low on our propane. We couldn't make it through the winter without you.
