Our first contact was with Ward and he went above and beyond with customer service. He was 'all in' from our first inquiry to every aspect of arriving to the area and the final sale. Ward maintained close contact through text and our safe arrival to the area. The hospitality was welcoming and friendly from Ricky and Tommy. As first time RV owners Ricky ensured we knew how to operate every aspect of the RV. He took his time explaining and answering our questions during the walk through. Ricky was 'all hands on' explaining the operations of the RV. Exceptional team with awesome customer service. The team generated an atmosphere that was amazing.
