Good price and good service
We were very pleased with Carol Koon's eagerness to assist us in finding the RV that would fit our needs. The purchase process was a little lengthy but not too bad.
The process of having the hitch installed in our truck was the worst part of the entire experience. They service department didn't have all the parts they needed for the install (even thought we sent pictures of our truck bed from the top and underneath prior to scheduling the work) and it took this about 6 hours to complete the work. Jared in the service department worked diligently to get the job completed for us and we were pleased with his efforts. The parts department was a bit unorganized and took us another 30-45 minutes just to get an invoice for the work performed. Selena was finally able to get the parts manager to complete the invoice and she was very helpful.
Everyone we worked with was sweet and kind.. They were professional and answered all our questions before making the drive down to Memphis.. We highly recommend Great American RV for all your sales and service needs.

Everyone was super nice. Our transaction was done over the phone and when we got there the process was so easy and not nearly as long as buying a car.

I don’t do Surveys. This is an exception, because I want to make sure credit is given to Audrey in Service and Patricia in Parts @ GARV in Memphis, TN.
We live in Horn Lake, MS, bought a 2022 Entegra Reatta @ Hammond, LA. in February 2022. For our first Warranty Work we drove 5 hours back to Hammond.
We were very hesitant about using the Memphis Store. There were two reasons, one the previous experiences we had with Davis RV and two, it’s location.
A few weeks ago, our washing machine started leaking water, and we decided to at least go over to Memphis GARV and talk to someone in the Service Department. It was about 4:30 pm, and we were greeted at the front desk with a friendly smile. We asked for the Service Department, and that is where we met Audrey.
Audrey also had a smile from ear to ear. She was courteous, professional, knowledgeable, organized, & helpful. We explained we were full timers and having an issue with our washing machine leaking water. She asked if we could wait till 8 am appointment the next morning. We were very surprised and thrilled to have been able to get an appointment that quickly. She went on to ask if we had anything else we might need done. My spouse and I looked at each other and smiled. I said, we have a short list. Next morning we were checked in @ 8 am, added a few items to the work order, and then we went and did a walk through. Audrey gave us an estimated time of around noon that the work should be completed. We returned @ 1200 pm and soon afterwards we did a walk through. We could not be happier, she had successfully completed all items on our list.
Since then we have had to bring our RV back again for more warranty work, and once more Audrey’s attention to detail is impressive. She is outstanding, without hesitation, I would give her a 10 out of 10.
Patricia in parts has also been extremely helpful. Camping World in Hammond was going to install 3 Exhaust Fan Covers but had to modify each one to make them work. We were not wanting modifications and we told Patricia. She researched, found the covers that were made for our new RV, that can be removed for cleaning, and ordered them in a timely matter. When we brought our RV back for Service Work the following week, the 3 fan covers were in & Audrey was able to add them to our work order and install them. Great Teamwork!!!
Since coming to Memphis GARV I have not returned to Camping World for our RV Supplies. Even though your store is much smaller, Patricia has assisted us in getting all items that we have asked for. If the items are not on the shelf, she doesn’t say we don’t have it, but rather she says “ let me get it for you.” I appreciate her enthusiasm in looking up and ordering what we need.
Every staff member we have met has had a positive attitude. Kudos for the Friendly RV Family Culture You Have Created!
We now tell everybody especially in our RV Park about our Super Experience @ GARV In Memphis! Please know that because of Audrey and Patricia GARV Memphis is now Our RV Store. Period. Full Stop!!!

Terry is a good man. Even though I did not buy an RV from your company, he went above and beyond expectations to make things right.
Their selection of luxury coaches are great. Their staff are easy to work with and try to get you the best deal. They do a lot of special order so you can always get what you want not what a dealer has. They made my buying experience simple with no hassles or hidden costs.

We dropped off our camper for several needed repairs the first week in December. The staff at that time did a terrible job of communicating and handling the list of items that needed to be repaired. The new staff that came in around February I believe, did an outstanding job of communicating with us. Our shower pan was on order for a very long time but the new staff determined another way to fix the issue and went over and above in getting us our camper back. Great job!

Bill was a great salesman. Helped answer any questions I had without being a pushy salesman. Jason was awesome doing my walkthrough and explaining all the info on my new 5th wheel. Rick the RV technician was awesome. A first time buyers for a travel trailer (though we had rented before elsewhere) we were very nervous and inexperienced. Rick was patient and explained everything simply but thoroughly. He installed the brake controller for my truck (I would have been lost doing that myself), set up the tow hitch height properly and explained how to connect and disconnect the sway bars, as well as provided tips for maintenance and stowage. He was friendly and very competent. During our walk-through inspection we identified a few slight imperfections from the manufacturer, amd Rick was able to make necessary corrections right there,
Wesley the salesman was friendly and also shared tips as well as demonstrated how to use parts of the travel trailer, and did not apply any kind of high pressure sales, and was extremely flexible with pur busy schedule to arrange appointments for demo, and later, for delivery.

Audrey was so accommodating and helpful to us in our time of need for a hot water tank repair. She is truly a terrific employee. Also, Gary the service technician, was great at explaining what went wrong with our “on board” Atwood hot water heater and what he did to resolve the problem (new circuit board). Great American RV is the first RV Dealer in our many years of RV travels where I would recommend my fellow RV’ers to stop for repairs. Great job everyone!!!
