the staff are wonderful, and do such a good job of understanding how my dog reacts to the other dogs in the room throughout the day and even the different characteristics of the days of the week (tuesdays are busy!). as much as i love the folks who work there, the real measure is how excited my guy is to go in.

Omg I love love love dogtopia! Everyone is so sweet to my dog ! He is so excited to go and in fact practically drags me there if we are within 3 blocks. It is so wonderful to know that he is safe and well taken care of and playing with his friends.

We love everything about Dogtopia, but especially the staff!! Everyone is kind and welcoming, and I feel like they love Betty as much as I do, which makes it way less stressful to leaave her there!

It’s very easy to book, I like that there are cameras. Price point is good, but most of all I love how much all the staff loves the pups. You can really see that they get to know each one and love on them!

Everything. Everyone there is very knowledgeable and has our pups best interest and well being as their focus. The facilities are excellent, very clean and well organized. We like the flexibility for doggie daycare which is giving us back some measure of freedom with our 6 month old puppy.

Pleasant, prompt, and great video

Everything! The monthly unlimited plan is an amazing price, is super flexible, and a perfect fit for our needs. The peace of mind I have — and the relief that flooded over me when I learned — that early drop-off / late pickup are included in the unlimited plan feels great. Oh! And the $50 spa credit each month more than covers a biweekly nail trim. Otis doesn’t mind having her nails trimmed at home (with a grinder, not clippers), but now I don’t have to worry about remembering or finding the time.

Otis loves playing with other dogs, and loved Dogtopia in downtown Phoenix. Knowing that she’ll be safe and happy and active all day while I work long, long hours makes me so happy.

The staff I met during the meet and greet are wonderful, and I look forward to seeing everyone again as we get settled in.

So far, this entire arrangement suits us perfectly. Thank you!

Staff is excellent and my dog, who hates to go in the car, bounds in back for a ride when he knows he’s going!! If he could give a review it would be higher than my grade!!

Staff knew all the dogs/owners by their names, made each dog/owner feel special; facility clean, dog did not smell bad upon pickup, attentive coaches, separated small dogs all day, I feel that my dog will be safe and will be enriched!

Our pup loves visiting Dogtopia. She's on the shy side but I knew once a neighbor told me he saw her there playing and having a good time, I knew it was the right place for her.

The people are super knowledgeable, dedicated and they put the pups 1st which is the MOST important thing. The designated play areas are great.

everyone i dealt with was professional, friendly and helpful. when my pup was overwhelmed at the first meet and greet they suggested we come back at a less busy time to see if he could better acclimate.we did and he loves it! we're very grateful for their expertise.

Boy does this team love dogs! Ryder is always excited to come in and play with his BFFF's and all the staff there. The facility is always clean and well maintained. The webcams are great for all those hellicopter parents that like to check in throughout the day to see how their fur baby is doing.

An amazing staff and great environment for dogs to play and socialize!

Everyone is super friendly and they do a great job with my pup who is shy and nervous!!! I use them for their spa services but I know many people who do daycare with them and love it!

Staff is so kind and helpful. I know my dogs are in the best hands and being taken care of from the moment I drop them off to when I pick them up. I appreciate that I get updates and can share concerns and trust that Dogtopia staff will look out for them and keep me in the loop. Clean facilities welcoming and overall great place

I like how Dogtopia takes care of my dog. He has made many friends here and is much more social and well behaved since he's started coming here for daycare. I know I can rely on Pearl District to take care of him while he's boarding as well, which means a lot to me because I am definitely an anxious mom. Not to mention it always looks and smells great inside!

Everyone is friendly and patient, no matter the situation. I feel so comfortable taking Bernie in whenever I need the support. Thank you all so much!

I love how thoughtful and genuine the team is! Strudel is so well taken care of by everyone. Even when I need to leave him there while out of town, I know he’s in the best hands. He feels so loved and safe. Dogtopia has been a God send!
