I started with some schedule chaos due to staffing issues, but the staff was timely in their response and incredibly friendly. The customer service made the appointment changes a non-issue and, in fact, made me believe in them more. I plan to be a customer for a long time!

When we first started taking our dog Pixie, she was a shy, nervous dog with separation anxiety. But after 4 months, she's excited to go and see her friends. She's completely changed from the dog hiding behind the trash to the one in the middle of the pack. She even initiates play with dogs outside of daycare now! I recommend Dogtopia to everyone now, as it was first recommended to me

Everything! We couldn’t ask for a better experience for our Mochi. The team loves her like she’s their own, it’s safe and clean and we know the she’s in the best hands when she’s not with us. We love the focus on giving back through their foundation and we’re constantly amazed at the inventive ways they keep the pups entertained. Some of our favorite pictures of our girl come from the photo shoots you all do!

My dog loves going to Dogtopia! The staff is very friendly so she feels very comfortable there. I appreciate the attention to cleanliness and the staff looking out for any dogs that may be sick, etc. Love all of the fun activities, especially the craft and photo days. Very conveniant location for me since I work in downtown Portland.

Customer service is great and my dog is always excited to go in and that tells me everything I need to know.
