I tell people all the time how much I love BAC! I love all the group exercise classes I've tried - BodyPump, BodyCombat, RPM, CXWorx, BodyFlow (I know that one's not offered anymore - I miss it!), Hard Core H2O .... they're all great! Your group exercise instructors are awesome - motivating, supportive, and helpful. Classes are always a good workout, but fun and enjoyable too. BAC staff and other gym members are friendly, welcoming, and helpful. It's a happy place, and I'm happy to be a part of it!

I am only interested in the water aerobics. I like the fact that it is a salt water pool. I also like the 10a,m. time on Mondays and Wednesdays.

For one thing your express location is open 24hrs which is perfect for my schedule, 99% of my workout times are at 1-2 a.m which is perfect for my schedule as well as there's no one there so it's like I have a full gym of my very own without having to spend 10s of 1000 nds of dollars To get it!. One thing I've noticed or havnt noticed is the smell, all gyms are dirty everyone sweats some people are less clean than others it is what it is. But it never smells in there!, and I would have noticed there's always a smell of clean or a hint of carpet, but never foul! I could go on and on but I'll let you come up with your own opinions.
I am always telling all my friends and family and even strangers, how amazing this club is... I love this place its my home away from home
Access via the side door makes my visits easier & more convenient. I would not be able to continue using the facility if I had to deal with the stairs.

It is convenient in location and hours open, and it is the right price.
One stop shopping from nutrition to exercise to PT. Have used all of the services except Salon and the only one that it didn't stick with was the massage. It didn't really help the issue and it has been a few years since I have been there for massage I do get massages elsewhere on a monthly basis and they have been working. I go to the same person all the time. The Pool is the best pool in the North Shore. I only wish that they could keep the temeperatue consistent. It has been pretty good this summer but the winter and spring the water was cold. Jacki and Sarah are great!❤️BAC

I am not happy with the seedy out-of-date women's locker room-- especially the shower décor.
Building seems dingy and cluttered.
