A better orientation to the equipment in the large excess room. Only use four pieces now but would appreciate some coaching as to which pieces are good for a beginner.

I like that I have access 24/7 all year long. Also it's never overcrowded and while smaller than the other location the layout and the equipment work very well for me. The location is also very convenient for me (walking distance).
Last year I worked with trainer Mike D'Amico. Mike was awesome. I would recommend his services to anyone at BAC. Staff at the front door were always friendly. I had no trouble finding a treadmill or elliptical to use.
Just started but glad to be back at a gym close to home that has plenty of equipment
