Where do I start? The facility is always clean & continually evolving, he staff is outstanding-special shout out to the personal trainers! You always feel welcome & are greeted with a smile & a friendly “have a great workout” or “how’s your day” The atmosphere is welcoming, supportive & so many passionate & talented people. The members support one another & Ive met so many quality people who share the common desire to lead a healthy lifestyle. All around positive experience. Thank you to everyone at the BAC for all you do for your members!

I do NOT like the women's locker room with its wet floors and seedy slimy showers. AND the dubious sauna. More heat in the winter is necessary.
Please regulate handicapped spaces in the back more carefully. Too often the spaces are taken up with vans with no tickets.
AND--little children in the women's room are very dangerous.

Everyone I’ve met is very friendly. The physical therapists, Sam and James, are non judgmental and encouraging. I look forward to coming for my appointments.
I have not tried other services such as the pool as of yet but am interested in aqua therapy.

The wobbly stool in the handicapped shower is illegal and likely to cause problemsreally put in a safe seat like the original one.
Really the safety of your clients should be foremost.
Friendly and helpful staff. Would be greatly improved if the Steam room was cleaned properly daily. The grout is black due to mold. A common question you hear is "Does the Steam room smell today?" That shouldn't be. A little bleach would help.
Clean, Reliable and the sauna/steam room is fantastic! my favorite parts are the open workout room so i can set up trx workouts and the heavy-bag boxing area!
The club is always clean and has everything I need, including a saltwater pool. The staff are professional, positive, friendly, and supportive of your goals. I highly recommend it.
Having been a member for a very long time and also a person that comes to the BAC 6 days a week, I find I enjoy almost all the club has to offer. Most recently, I started using the virtual RPM classes and really like them ! So glad we have this option as it makes it possible to adjust my schedule and not miss a great workout.
