Clean and professional. None of the machines are ever broken. And I don’t use the pool like I used to when it was New England Health and Racket but I’m glad it’s there😀

Great salt water pool, kind & educated staff, many extras at PT, sauna, clean facility, healthy smoothies, amazing fitness facility.
It is very clean which I like! I primarily use the pool and the temperature is very good for me, I have been to pool therapy in the past and I am able to use the pool for my leg therapy and I can go when I want now as opposed to always needing to make appoints. My husband also joined with me especially after my son who really PROMPTED ME to go back to some type of exercise for my leg.

I like the variety of equipment available, the early hours (I go to the gym before work), and feel it's a very good value for the cost of membership. The staff is always friendly, too. There are small things which could be better, like minor broken parts (e.g. the curly cord that holds a pin on one of the pull-down machines is broken -- I know I could tell the staff but it's such a little thing I don't bother, but surely they go around sometimes and look for things like this, right? But it's always broken). Sometimes, coming in first thing in the morning there are weights or plates strewn about, which is largely on other members but I think the staff should periodically put things away which have been forgotten.
And here's a petty pet peeve of mine, and it's not on the staff, but it really bothers me when the plates are very unevenly distributed on the squat racks. There'll be one rack that has a whole bunch of plates, one with almost none, and they're all put willy-nilly, 25lbs on the 10lb bar, 10lb mixed in with the 5lb... you get the idea. I know. This is really picky that I mention this, but there it is! XD
There's a bench (maybe more than one?) which has ripped vinyl on the headrest part, and it would be nice if that could be taped up. You can buy vinyl tape to patch things like that.
One of the squat racks, I think it's the third (maybe 2nd?) in from the left, I avoid using for squats because it's got some dips and lumps under the floor.
I like the bathroom sink area and the stalls (women's locker room), I like the lockers which are very spacious and always seem clean, and I like the benches, though sometimes they could use a wipe down. I actually think it would be nice to have some wipes, similar to the ones that are for the equipment, in the locker room so people can use them to wipe down the benches.
There's this one woman who comes in every morning and uses multiple paper towels every day, just to put down on the bench, and then she puts her bag on top. Her BAG! Just saying, if you feel like the paper towels go quicker than you'd expect, it's because this one woman uses them as a sanitary layer between herself and the bench, before and after her workout or swim session. At the rate she goes, putting wipes in the locker room might actually save you money on paper towels.
Anyway, I'm a very happy BAC member and the length of my petty peeves that I'm sharing with you doesn't change that :)
