I found each member of the staff I met, including Dr. Krenzer, to be knowledgeable and helpful. The doctor and nurse were thorough and involved.

Dr. Krenzer suggested I look into GoodRx for savings on prescription medications. I did the research, and can cut annual costs of my prescription drugs in half, a savings of $550 for the year.

I feel I am in excellent hands in your office.

I love Dr. LaCroix. He has a way of making you feel like he can help. When I first started going to the office my A1C was awful. I am down under 6 now. I have many issues health wise but all of my numbers are good. I do miss the staff up front, because they were way more nicer than the new ones.

Everyone was quite friendly and helpful, although there was a early mixup about my chart/ reason for my appointment, they got involved and sorted it out quickly and correctly. The confusion had put my appointment behind and as I was there for a physical with lab work I was outside the normal lad draw window but Since you had been fasting for the draw, the front desk and the phlebotomist coordinated and got my labs drawn, Very happy with the staff.

Your office is about a mile and a half away.

We've been seeing Dr Arthur Browning since we moved to Jacksonville in 2002. We couldn't be happier! We know him as a friend, now and have great respect for his professionalism and his help.
