I really appreciated how nice everyone us and how efficient the office was run. My old primary care practice (not affiliated with Baptist Health) was always really slow, no one listened to you, and appointment times did not necessarily mean you would actually ne called back on time (sometimes I'd sit in the lobby for over an hour). I really appreciated how timely this office runs in comparison.
