I enjoy going to a doctors office where the staff and patients are all very polite. The staff is excellent at doing their job efficiently and professionally. I actually do believe that the staff of doctors and nurses care about their patients well being. They don't just run an assembly line style office , in and out... next, they provide healthcare where you actually believe they care!

Dr. Browning is an amazing doctor. He has always been there for me no matter what. He is caring and takes the time to listen. The rest of the staff has always treated me as if we were family. I love them all. Thank you Dr. Browning and staff for caring so much!!!

I feel comfortable when in the office. Also, Dr Browning goes out of his way to treat issues, no matter what the time of day is.

During my first visit with Baptist Primary Care I experienced the definition of Gold Standard quality care. Dr. Jeffrey Krenzer displayed a proactive approach and earnest concern for by physical health and personal well being. He not only performed his own through exam but proceeded to network and collaborate with my other doctors in order to gain the most complete and accurate health history.
