Friendliness of the staff. I never feel rushed as Regina Nolting is very thorough and talks to me as a person. She gets to know me as an individual and I like that.

Clean, nicely decorated, calm, friendly. Usually only a short wait. Bathroom nearby. A little cold most of the time. I always carry a sweater.

Absolutely love Dr Browning and his nurse. Front desk staff has not been very pleasant on repeat occasions though.

My physician, Dr Krenzer, has listened, diagnosed and successfully treated all my health issues and concerns. He is very easy to talk with, and always makes me feel comfortable with every visit. Dr Krenzer's technician, Rosemary, is also very kind and professional. I feel really respected and appreciated as a patient by both of them. There is never a long wait to be called back by Rosemary, and the doctor is right in to see me shortly afterwards. I am very thankful have Dr Krenzer as my primary health care professional.
