Not crowded. Friendly, nice people
Pool exercise classes are great! We do need a chair true yoga class. The current one is basically a "chair exercise" class. Yoga classes should not include lifting weights. Just my opinion.
The Aqua classes and the fitness classes are excellent. The instructors make it challenging and fun. There is a real sense of community at the Middleboro Y that I really love. Thank you to everyone at the Middleboro Y for motivating me to keep my health and fitness in the forefront!
As a senior with mobility issues, I do you like your walking club track. Just wish the elevator in the Middleboro, Massachusetts facility.

Swimming pool. Variety of workout options in gym. Cleanliness of facility. Personal trainer option.
Very friendly staff. I do the water aerobic class which is good but I'm disappointed that I don't get notified if there is no class or if the pool is closed.
