Love enhanced fitness with Debra. Love the walking track as well. The Y is a welcoming place to be active and meet new people.
I like how the Y is geared towards families. My daughters love the gymnastics and pool, my husband and myself love the gym area and the track is great for when we are all together. Also during school vacations there is always something extra going on for the kids. I recommend it to everyone.

I like exercise classes because I need a scheduled time and place to be sure I stay active.
I have several new friends I first met at the Y. One of the rewards of going to the Y is joining them for coffee after class.

I really enjoy the Barre and Forrever Fit classes. The teachers are great, as they mix it up and make it challenging.

I attend the forever fit class with Marlene. She has put together a wonderful group exercise. Always changing it up and challenging us.

The counselors and staff are kind. They treat my son with compassion and respect. He is not always the easiest kid and has not always had the easiest time, but he has loved all of his counselors. And he loves camp and is excited to return next year for his 5th summer. And Emily is great! She was so helpful when he had an issue. And Morgan is great! She always gets right back to me when I have a question. We love Yomechas.
