Every year it's the same process. I have to get a quote from someone else (which is always lower) and then request Griffith to match. I'm happy they match which is why I gave a 9 - but you would get a 10 if you would just give returning customers the best possible rate (knowing they will shop around). Other than pricing effort, the product is always delivered timely and customer service is very responsive.

Our delivery man is always friendly. We have never had to call for a delivery of fuel, he comes regularly.
