All the people that work there are very very nice and helpful. Give me a fast delivery great customer service. I have had problems with the people who do the repairs on the furnace though, they been out here twice since I had the furnace Serviced, and my furnace still won't work.

I really like Griffith Energy and always have. I had a problem last year with them but most of the people working there are professional while also being personable.
Courtesy and service
We usually burn wood when cold weather is here. My husband a 3 operations since June and we are using propane. When I call the office and make arrangements, they are most understanding that we only need the propane for the hot water heater, stove and dryer. They place us on the list to get propane when we call or they check when they are in area (about 4 wks).
The man who delivers the propane is curteous and leaves the statement where I can find it.
