I just became a customer and so far I really like how everyone I have spoken with has been super friendly and informative! I like not having a contract to sign and feeling pushed around like I had with the other company I was with. My only "complaint" is I tried to create a sign in on the website, since I just got my tank and first fuel delivery, to pay my bill and it says my account number is invalid. I'm using the account number that was on the invoice left at my house, so that is a bit frustrating. Other than that, I'm very happy so far!!!

I'm a new customer but it seems like pricing is transparent , sevice is very prompt and you can actually have your phone calls answered and it's by a pleasant human. I'm as pleased with Superior as I was irate with my previous propane provider.
